Compost Application Guide

How to Apply

• Requires only one application: For composting, before the process starts and for enrichment, 1-2 weeks before packing/usage
• Dilute 1 litre of product in enough water to cover 1 tonne of waste/manure (roughly 100 litres based on the volume)
• Spray the diluted solution to the 1 tonne heap
• Ensure the heap is turned to ensure uniform application to all content
• Cover the heap or take steps to retain moisture (about 40%) and limit UV exposure
• Monitor moisture and temperature changes to intervene with water sprays or turning respectively

Precautions

1. Maintain proper moisture level (40-60%) throughout the composting process
2. Apply during early morning or late evening to avoid UV exposure
3. Avoid application during extreme temperatures (below 10°C or above 35°C)
4. Ensure adequate ventilation when applying in enclosed spaces
5. Avoid contamination with chemical pesticides or disinfectants
6. Keep children and pets away from treatment area until dry

Storage and Handling

1. Store product in cool, dry place between 4-25°C away from direct sunlight
2. Shake bottle well before use to ensure even distribution of microbial population
3. Product has shelf life of 6-12 months when properly stored
4. Keep container tightly closed when not in use
5. Contains live organisms - do not mix with bactericides, fungicides, or toxic chemicals
6. Use prepared mixture within 24 hours of dilution
7. Wear protective equipment (gloves, mask, eye protection) when handling
